Jason is a founding member of Innovata and brings 20+ years of experience leading data & analytics initiatives. Jason brings extensive experience in analytics transformation, data management, and business intelligence development with deep industry expertise in Oil & Gas, Workforce Management, Health Care, Financial Services, and Information Technology. Jason earned an MBA from the Simon Business School – University of Rochester and works from the Innovata headquarters in Fairport, New York.

Anthony has over 15 years of experience working with data and developing creative solutions to help organizations realize value through analytics. Anthony founded Innovata after a successful career as an analytics professional and executive. He has deep rooted knowledge of the corporate finance function with extensive analytics experience in many industries including Telecommunications, Consumer Products, Human Capital Management, Financial Services, and Not-For-Profits including Higher Education. Anthony has an undergraduate degree in Finance and received his Master of Science degree in Business Analytics from the University of Rochester. Anthony works from the Innovata branch in Webster, New York.
Heather Johnson
Client Services Coordinator
Heather brings 25+ years of
Sales, Customer Service, and
Management experience to the team and holds an AAS in Business Management from the Utica School of
Commerce. Throughout her successful career, Heather has worked in many different industries such as philately, new home construction, biomedical equipment sales and service, optics and photonics, prescription eyewear, and now data analytics. She is also a Licensed Notary Public in Monroe County, New York. In her spare time, Heather enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, and photography. She resides in Pittsford, New York.
Hugh Rice
Analytics Consultant
Hugh recently joined the Innovata team as an Analytics Consultant. Hugh combines his business management experience with his analytics and statistical knowledge to provide clients exemplary business intelligence services. His previous roles include working as an IT Analyst in higher education and the pet industry. He received his Bachelor of Science in Bioinformatics from the University of Pittsburgh. Hugh enjoys playing golf, hiking with his dog, and traveling in his free time. He currently lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
